Are you a BioMat distributor and want to learn more about Richway International’s compensation plan? There are three ways in which you earn compensation selling bio-mats.
The first way is through direct commissions on products that you sell directly to a customer. Commissions are paid on business volume (BV), not product volume (PV). If a distributor sells a professional-size BioMat for $2,150 (PV), the BV is $1,935 (or 90% of PV).
New distributors earn 20% commission during their first six months of selling BioMats. So, if you sold a pro BioMat, you would earn .20 x $1,935 = $387. This is called the “Icebreaker” period. After the first six months, commission ranges from 10% to 20%, depending on the PV you sold during the Icebreaker period.
When you have sold $16,500 in PV, you have obtained Diamond status and your commission will be at 20% of BV, regardless how long you have been a BioMat distributor.
The second way to be compensated is through binary bonuses. To make binary bonuses, each product sale is divided into points per $500. In other words, using the pro BioMat example again, this sale is three binary points ($1,935 ÷ $500 = 3.87 or 3 points). These points get placed on the binary under a business center. When a business center has six points on its left and six points on its right, you qualify for a $400 binary bonus pay-out! (And yes, we know this is complicated … the point here is the Richway International compensation plan is lucrative so you focus on selling BioMats and your sponsor/upline helps with placement to maximize your earnings.)
The third “leg” to the comp plan is through product certificates. While this is not cash in hand, it is a form of payment in that Richway pays for 65% of a new product and you are allowed to purchase product at 35% PV + shipping.
