This blog entry is about resolving BioMat sponsor conflicts. (This is specific for BioMat distributors; if you are a customer and not a distributor, this blog post doesn’t apply to you.)
Sponsor conflicts with the bio-mat can sometimes happen. And while this sounds awful, it is not usually a bad situation. What it does mean is clarity is needed and the customer’s voice is necessary, appreciated and honored.
How does a “sponsor conflict” occur? It happens when you have been working with a specific customer but the sale gets “recorded” by Richway International (the BioMat’s parent company) to a different distributor, not you. (One of the most common ways this happens is you may be worked with a client/customer teaching them all about the BioMat and then they order on a website that isn’t yours or attributed to you.)
The first action step is connect with the client/customer and discuss who they wish to buy from. (This becomes their sponsor or “upline.”) If the customer is already in the Richway system with a different sponsor then the following steps need to be taken to resolve the situation:
- Fill out a “Resignation Form”; you may email us and we can make this form available to you to make it available to the customer.
- Email the signed and dated form to Richway at Click to send an email and us.
- It’s that easy!
Richway handles the rest. They will re-do any commission allocations, reset the binary, including any point discrepancies. You can expect the process to take two to four weeks depending on the availablity of Richway to facilitate. Please keep in mind, while it sounds ominous, it is really a simple procedure adding clarity and integrity for all distributors and the BioMat brand.
