Besides what is covered in the warranty plan, it’s also important to note the service does not cover the following: any product that is damaged or malfunctioning due to causes beyond Richway’s control including but not limited to repairs necessitated by operator or owner negligence such as failure to maintain the product according to the owner’s manual instructions, improper installation, accidental damage, damage from abuse, misuse, mold, mildew, bodily fluids and other liquid contact, rust, or corrosion and acts of nature.
For payment, the customer may pay via check (make payable to Richway & Fuji Bio) and provide the RMA number on the check. The following table highlights service fees:

If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing any items (parts or accessories) upon receipt, keep the original packaging and notify Richway International immediately so they can file a claim to UPS or the shipping carrier. Please note: the customer must notify Richway within seven business days from the date of the initial receipt; have the RI number and/or tracking information ready upon claim request.
Richway reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions contained in this Repair Service Policy at any time and is in its sole discretion.
