BioMatInc.com wishes you happy holidays and don’t forget the BioMat can be nurturing, comforting and especially soothing this time of year (because of the holidays and the cold weather).

Besides Christmas in a couple days, in the north Hemisphere, we will be celebrating the Winter Solstice. This is the shortest day of the year with the least amount of sunshine, light and warmth. This is countered by lights on our Christmas trees, Christmas lights inside and outside our homes, candle lights illuminating – all about a festival of lights amidst the diminishing sunlight. While the Richway BioMat doesn’t have lights (except on the control box), it is about the metaphor of “light” and using bio-mats – in all four areas of well-being:  physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

On the other hand, this blog post is one of our favorites to write all year regardless of the extended darkness! By now, all the hustle and bustle of the holidays and December is moving to the time and place where we get to enjoy the fruits of our labors! It is time to pause and actually celebrate the holidays … all the hurrying and scurrying is soon over and we move into relaxation and enjoyment. And not a moment too soon, right?!!

We are excited (and we hear many others saying the same thing) to spend some quality time experiencing and enjoying the BioMat during this holiday of joy, peace and love … a much-needed pause to breathe and really be present for the coming days of the holidays.

We hope you have a beautiful holiday season. May you have some contemplative time over the holidays to just BE with many moments to reflect on your abundance of blessings.
