What is the role of Richway International with the BioMat? If you follow these blogs, you have heard us mention Richway International numerous times. So, who exactly is the Richway International organization?

First of all, we consider them to be the “parent company” of the BioMat. They are the manufacturer and supervise all bio-mat production in South Korea. Richway also facilitates:

  • Marketing guidelines – because the BioMat is FDA approved, Richway International stipulates specific marketing guidelines so that all distributors adhere to all FDA policies and procedures.
  • Support – customer service at the ready! Having trouble placing an order, credit card won’t go through, delivery questions, etc.? Richway is your first point of contact!
  • Policies and procedures – for example, there is a $100 discount on the professional-size BioMat for certain professions. The documents of profession proof must be submitted at the time of the order. Richway International wrote this policy and makes sure distributors adhere to the procedure. (This is just one of many examples.)
