This blog post summarizes the Richway BioMat’s warranty and replacement program. We are aware of several changes/shifts in Richway International (the BioMat’s parent company) warranty and replacement program, so it feels important to share the most recent information.

The BioMat is manufactured with highest quality standards and the product is backed with a three-year umbrella warranty; this means the entire product is fully covered under warranty for the first three years. While there is rarely anything that happens within the first three years, the program is in place just in case. (This is a testament to Richway’s quality and excellence.)

After the first three years, there are two programs that serve customers and you can select which option/choice is best for you.

  1. The first program (and probably the most popular) is called the CARE Replacement Program. Here’s the program’s stipulations:
  • You can replace your current purchase with the same product and you only pay 30% of the current retail price for the replacement. For example:  if you wish to replace your current professional-size BioMat with another pro, you pay 30% x $2,150 + shipping. That is $2,150 x 30% = $645 + $100 shipping, for a total of $745 for a brand new professional-size BioMat. This is a 70% discount!
  • Please note this doesn’t include a bio-mat control box.
    • If your controller still works, you are ready to enjoy BioMat usage again.
    • If your 7000MX control box doesn’t work, Richway offers a free controller replacement. You send in your controller; they replace it at no cost. (If your control box is missing, you purchase a replacement.)
      • Please follow these instructions to replace your 7000MX control box:
        • Send your existing defective controller to:
        • Be sure to include your name and shipping information on the outside of the box.
        • On the inside of the box, include your name, shipping address, phone and e-mail address, and a detailed explanation of the controller problem / issue(s).
      • For 3000MX control boxes, your pricing is 50% off the current retail price.
      • Once Richway receives your controller, it will send you a recalibrated controller.
