Last week we began to share information on Richway’s warranty & replacement program for the BioMat. While we focused on the CARE Replacement Program, this blog is highlighting more information about the Trade-In Program. Perhaps this program is not as popular as the CARE program, but it is nevertheless a very generous opportunity from Richway International (the parent company of the bio-mat). And it has been going on for years!
The Trade-In Program is especially for BioMat customers who currently have a product and wish to change sizes – either increase to a larger size, decrease to a smaller size or simply switch to a newer version (perhaps an improved model with upgrades) of your current size.
So, how does it work? Richway International offers 30% of your original purchase price towards any new product. Please note: you must be in Richway’s binary system to qualify for this opportunity. (If you purchased your original BioMat from Craigslist, E-Bay, Amazon, etc., you likely will not qualify for this offer. Or if you purchased a used bio-mat from a friend, you likely will not qualify. In other words, it is for previous BioMat customers who purchased a brand new bio-mat from an authorized BioMat distributor.) Part of the reason it is important to be in the Richway binary system is we can easily determine what your original purchase price was (if you don’t remember).
Some examples:
- Upgrade – you purchased a professional-size BioMat and wish to upgrade to a queen-size BioMat.
- Downsize – you purchased a queen-size BioMat and wish to downsize to a professional-size BioMat.
- Newer model: you purchased a Mini BioMat and it still works but you are trying to be proactive ahead of any service issues.
