First of all, Richway International (the BioMat’s parent company) has the best (hands down!!) warranty program/policy in the industry. In fact, Richway’s warranty program separates them from ALL of the knock-offs/competitors. So, what makes it so unique?
Richway International offers a three-year warranty for an original purchase and an extended 30-year replacement program. No one else in the industry does this! Let’s break this down further…
- Three-Year Warranty: With your original bio-mat purchase, you receive a three-year warranty. Honestly, we have rarely seen issues with the product where customers have had to use this option. But it is wonderful to have it available if/when customers need it.
- Free Control Box Replacement: We would also note that within the first three years, if anything is going to have a problem and need the warranty, it’s likely the control box. Why? It is not because of shoddy workmanship but rather the controls may be placed on an end table or nightstand and get knocked off onto the floor OR they are on the floor and get pushed around/stepped on. It is also turned on and off, engaged frequently. The good news – you can send in a faulty control box to Richway for a free replacement. Isn’t that amazing?!
- Richway’s Care Program: This is a 30-year program (yes, you read that correctly!!) where you can request a new BioMat. You get the same model for 30% payment of the current retail price. This is actually 70% off of retail. Who does this? Richway International does!!
