Have you heard about the BioMat WiFi controllers?

We, as an authorized bio-mat distributor, have received an e-mail announcing this exciting news and special launch. However, we have never seen them actually placed in the product line-up.

When this new product was announced, it stated that professional-size BioMats, along with other sizes (Single, Queen and King-sized BioMats) will have as a possibility WiFi-enabled controllers. (The Mini BioMat will not include this feature at this time.) These special controllers allow customers to control their BioMat settings seamlessly from smartphones. (We are assuming this means Apple phones and does not include Android phones.)

This exciting feature brings added convenience and flexibility, which enhances the BioMat experience like never before as well as bringing it into this age of all things technical!

Then, at the bottom of the announcement is states, “Stay tuned! We will be making future announcements regarding the WiFi controller being available for separate purchase.” That was several months ago and to date, we have not had an update. We will keep you posted if/when more information is announced.

One question we have is about electro-magnetic frequencies (EMFs) with the new WiFi controllers. Richway International (the BioMat’s parent company) has done an outstanding job removing EMFs from the BioMat. This includes protective layers within the actual BioMat product and “power” layers that transfer the BioMat’s electrical energy to far infrared heat without electro-magnetic frequencies (EMFs).

How will Richway make sure the new WiFi controllers are safe and avoid emitting EMFs? We are not sure, but from our almost 15 years of being a distributor with them, we know they are thorough and extremely integrous in their research to create the best. We will keep you posted as we learn more. If you are like us, we await this exciting addition to BioMats!
