This blog post is about sharing tips to market the BioMat.

In the previous blog post, we quoted Jeanna Kim (Richway Intenational co-founder), saying, “We are a teaching business, not a selling business.” With that in mind, let’s discuss how we can effectively market this unique health and wellness product called the bio-mat:

  • Rather than selling something, we suggest it is about building connections. As the connection grows, getting to know the potential customer, you learn about their personal situation, including health challenges. Then, you can begin to address how the BioMat could be helpful.
  • It is important to make a positive first impression.
  • Learn as much as you can about the Richway International products and its business (history, mission and values, etc.).
  • Learn how the BioMat can help with several health challenges.
  • Understand potential customer’s issues and help them understand how the BioMat can help.
  • Learn all about the BioMat’s four elements (far infrared heat, amethyst, tourmaline, and negative ions).
  • Develop your “elevator speech.” (This is a short, concise way of explaining the BioMat.)
  • Answer potential customer’s questions. You may find the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section helpful on this website.
  • You will likely find most potential customers resonate with stories and testimonials rather than statistics and numbers.
  • When you offer a promotion, let the customer know the timeframe. This may encourage customers to make a decision.
  • Develop trust and remember the WII-FM radio station (What’s In It For Me). Your connection is about them (not you!).
  • Be sure to share how the BioMat benefits the potential customer.
  • Authenticity, honesty, confidence, integrity … beautiful attributes for customer relations.
  • Recommend BioMat products to specific issues the potential customer is experiencing. (The BioMat product suite includes the BioBelt, Mini BioMat, professional-size BioMat, single BioMat, queen-size BioMat and king-size BioMat plus the waterproof cover and Quantum Energy Pad (QEP) accessories.)
