This blog post gives important information about Richway International’s holiday schedule. Yes, it’s that time of year! Please keep in mind that these dates/times are for Richway, not BioMatInc.com. BioMatInc.com will continue to service customers throughout the holiday season.

Perhaps the most important thing to know is the 2023 cut-off dates for Christmas ordering. Regular BioMat and accessory orders must be submitted by December 9, 2023 to avoid paying expedited shipping charges; expedited orders must be submitted by December 14, 2023 to guarantee arrival by the Christmas date. (Expedited orders are shipped with delivery in two to four days versus one to two weeks.) For all customers and distributors, please remember to submit ALL orders with plenty of time to avoid the holiday rush.

For the week of Thanksgiving, the Richway main office will be closed November 23 and November 24 to observe the US holiday. (All bio-mat orders will be cut off on November 22 at 6:00 a.m. Hawaii time). The parent company’s office will reopen on Monday, November 27^th.

During the week of Christmas, Richway’s main office will be open until December 23, and closed from December 23 to December 25. The office will reopen on Tuesday, December 26^th.

Finally, please note Richway International’s main office will be closed from December 29, 2023 to January 2, 2024. (The order cut-off will be December 28th, 2023 at 6:00 a.m. Hawaii time). The BioMat’s parent company (Richway International) office will reopen on Wednesday, January 3^rd, resuming its normal hours of availability.
