A customer can ask for free shipping when at a show, expo, conference or event. But distributors must meet several requirements to grant the customer free shipping for bio-mats.

Here are some of the instructions that distributors need to follow/be aware of:

  1. Only events, shows, conferences or expos held in the United States or Canada qualify for the free shipping offer.
  2. The distributor must pay fees for the booth of at least $200 or more in order for customers to obtain free shipping.
  3. The event name, date and location (both city and state) must be available on a website so that Richway International (the BioMat’s parent company) can verify it as a legitimate show.
  4. If other BioMat distributors attend the same show, this information must be provided to Richway.
  5. You are responsible for providing Richway with several forms of proof of attendance – event registration, receipt of payment of the booth fee and a completed trade show free shipping form (supplied in Richway’s back office) at least one week prior to the event/show/expo/conference.
  6. You must also notify your Managing Director at least one week before the show. Further, notify your Managing Director no later than seven calendar days from the show’s end date. (Please note: to obtain free shipping, the distributor must make sure they have put in all sales before the 7th day after a show/event.)
  7. When completing the order form, specify free shipping in the item description section and include the event name, date, location, as well as the managing director’s number.
