We get several BioMat questions that we didn’t cover in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section.
- Question – what do the “dancing blue lights” mean on the professional-size BioMat controller?
Answer – This means negative ions are being pumped in, regardless if you have the far infrared heat activated. You can boost your environment with negative ions by turning on the BioMat without heat (and you do not have to be laying on it). This is an easy way to counteract our positive ion-rich homes and environments. To do this, activate the rocker switch to “on” and click the “power on/off” button once. You will notice blue lights on the bottom of the control panel moving up and down. This means negative ions are “pushing out” to the environment;. Be sure to set the timer to your preferred amount of time (either 2, 4, 8 or 12 hours). To create an optimal living environment, you can activate the negative ions 24 hours per day, seven days a week. This does not harm your Richway International BioMat but you may find it very helpful to you, your family and/or clients’ health and healing.
- Question – how do I know if I am getting negative ions when the bio-mat is heating?
Answer – as the BioMat is heating, you will receive the far infrared heat. After the BioMat has reached its set temperature point, it switches over to negative ions. The BioMat toggles back and forth between heat and negative ions. When the mat’s temp is lower than its pre-set temp, the heat cycles on; the negative ions “kick in” whenever the far infrared heat is off and “resting.” These cycles continue until you change the temperature or set to only negative ions (see previous question).
We will continue with more BioMat Q and A next week … stay tuned! In the meantime, if you have more questions you’d like for us to address, let us know!
