We are happy to say the BioMat’s compensation plan is one of the best in the direct selling world! There are several ways to make money selling bio-mats:

  • You earn commission on each qualifying product. (Your commission is dependent on the total amount you have previously sold.)
  • After selling a certain amount, you may also be eligible for binary bonuses. (These are $400, $800 or $1,200 bonuses and these are dependent on the number of points/sales you make.)
  • When you sell a qualifying product, you will earn product certificates. These certificates allow you to purchase products at 30% of the retail price and you can then do as you wish with these products – re-sell them, use them yourself as a “loaner” or give them to team members for the same purpose. (Having “loaner” mats available to let prospective customers try the BioMat is a great way to make sales.) Please note there are several stipulations with product certs so it is important to understand how Richway International (the BioMat’s parent company) has structured this program.

There are several award levels and an attainable goal for most Richway BioMat distributors is to achieve Diamond level. This award level is accomplished by selling 11 professional-size BioMats (11 customers who purchase at least $1500 in qualifying products). Once you achieve this level, you earn 15% commission, 10% product certificates and are eligible for up to $1200 binary bonuses (per business center).

Also, besides the compensation plan being very generous, it is important to remember Richway does not require autoship. Further, there are no demotions, no penalty for not selling and no on-going distributor fees. (Richway International does “zero out” the binary points in three years from the date of the last sale; most distributors do not experience this “zeroing” if they continue to be active and sell BioMats.)
