Yes, the BioMat really works! This blog post will describe how it works, including research studies.

In 1989, more than 500 people used far infrared heat/therapy and stated they felt an improvement in their overall health. Since the BioMat uses far infrared heat, we can infer a similar healing quality (although we never claim any cures, diagnoses or treatments by using bio-mats). As far infrared heat increases the overall body temperature, it enhances blood circulation throughout the entire body system. As our circulation improves, this also allows our digestion to open, clear and “move.” Therefore, everything we ingest in our bodies is used most efficiently and effectively throughout our entire bodies.

Further, the BioMat helps with relaxation and ultimately sleep; brain waves decrease from alpha- to delta-length waves, restoring body functions and providing profound benefits for healing and health. In addition, bio-mats detoxify the body via the amethyst crystals, enabling pain-free waste removal with ease. This includes any acid and other waste from our day-to-day lifestyle, but also any stored-up waste from our past.
