On this blog, you have likely seen many references to the BioMat’s Parent Company – Richway International. We thought it would be helpful to give you more information about our headquarters.

They are based in Honolulu, Hawaii and their number is 1-855-338-6410. If you contact them, remember Richway International is available on Hawaii time, which is several hours different than the main land U. S. of A. Providing excellent customer service, they are committed to serving both their customers and authorized Richway distributors. (BioMatInc.com is an authorized distributor.) Richway International can provide information about the product line, product specifics, orders, placement (for distributors only), shipping and repairs, etc.

While Richway International is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, they have distribution centers all over the world. This allows for easy shipping and receiving product soon after the order is fulfilled. (This, of course, depends on the product not being back ordered and available in the warehouse. Occasionally delays occur because of back-orders, but most of the time, the product is shipped immediately.)

When the products are shipped, they are shipped using UPS second day air. You will sign for the product or products unless you specify waiving the signature. A conservative estimate for receiving products is ten days to two weeks, however, many times the product(s) arrive much quicker, even within a few days.

One of Richway International’s goals is “A BioMat on Every Bed.” This is their tagline! To accomplish this, both organizations (Richway International and BioMatInc.com) have much work to do!! Our own tagline is “Life Changes When You Sleep on a Bed of Amethyst” and we believe this fits “hand in glove” with Richway’s overall mission.
