We are sharing one more blog post about our loaner program from BioMat Inc. We want to support our first time BioMat users with some important tips. When you are “gifted” with a loaner BioMat, you can expect us to:
- Follow up with you.
- We will want to know about your sessions (what temperature did you use, for how long, how did it go, are you drinking water before and after every use, etc?).
- Are you using the cotton cover that is provided and increasing padding by using thick cotton towels (if you wish)?
- Has anyone else had the opportunity to use your loaner BioMat? If so, who and what was their experience like?
- Do you have any questions?
After your trial, you may indeed be ready to order your own personal BioMat.
- We do get credit for your purchase and are honored to put your sale in to the parent company. We offer you excellent customer service, support and a great group of distributors. We will also give you warranty and product usage information.
- We will explain the $100 professional discount available on the professional-size BioMat. Also, you do not pay sales tax.
- All credit cards are accepted. (You may also wish to check out financing options available through PayPal.)
- When you are ready to order, we will need your full name, shipping address, phone, e-mail and credit card information (name on card, number, expiration date and 3- or 4-digit code). If your shipping address does not match the credit card, we will also need the billing address of the credit card.
Please be advised it is best NOT to purchase bio-mats from on-line sellers or sources such as Amazon.com or Craiglist or eBay for the following reasons:
- The product may be used and therefore, the warranty is void.
- You will likely not receive any customer support.
