Recently, Richway International announced BioMat distributor compensation plan details for different levels of ranks. Specifically, they are rewarding distributors with product certificate amounts whenever you reach a new rank level. But first of all, let’s explain what product certificates are. Product certificates are a benefit of being a bio-mat distributor. When a distributor sells a product that qualifies, the distributor earns a product certificate. Richway products can be purchased at a significant discount off of the retail price. The distributor is free to do as they wish with these discounted products. (The products are brand new, never-before used and come with a complete warranty.) Possibilities to use the product cert products include re-selling them (at either full or a discounted price), use as a “loaner” or give them to team members for the same purpose. (“Loaner” mats being available lets prospective customers try the bio-mat and is a wonderful service to customers, as well as a way to boost sales.) There are several product cert stipulations so distributors need to be aware of Richway International’s policy. Next, let’s discuss the bonus structure. There are four rank levels with Richway International:
- Gold Level: upon achieving Gold status, you will receive a $400 product certificate bonus.
- Emerald level: upon achieving Emerald status, you will receive a $800 product certificate bonus.
- Diamond level: achieving Diamond status, you will receive a $1,200 product certificate bonus.
- Royal Family level: upon reaching Royal Family status, you will receive a $1,600 product certificate bonus.
