Have you considered purchasing a BioMat on either Amazon.com or eBay or other e-commerce websites?

It’s important to know that Richway International (the BioMat’s parent company) only warranties bio-mat purchases from authorized BioMat distributors. BioMatInc.com and our team of distributors are authorized and qualified to sell the BioMat product line. Richway requires that all distributors abide by their rules to retain active BioMat distributor status.

Richway developed and manufactures the BioMat, but they don’t sell directly to the public. Further, all authorized BioMat distributors aren’t allowed to advertise or sell BioMat products at a discounted rate on either e-Bay or Amazon.com or any other discount website. In other words, one BioMat distributor is not allowed to undercut another distributor.

Recognizing you can purchase a BioMat from these websites, you need to ask the following questions:

  • Is the product a genuine BioMat or is it a knock-off?
  • Is the BioMat used and do you have a way of assessing functionality, wear and tear, condition, etc. before it arrives on your doorstep, etc.?
  • Do you realize bio-mats from these e-commerce websites are not covered by Richway International’s warranty or repair service?
  • Are you aware that you will not receive support and/or customer service for any BioMats purchased through Amazon, Craiglist, eBay, etc.?
    • Also, it is common for sellers on these sites to change their name frequently and don’t provide their phone number, address or e-mail. Keep in mind when you purchase from these sites, you are “on your own!”
  • Are you interested in being an authorized BioMat distributor? Remember: to become an authorized BioMat dealer, you need to purchase from an authorized BioMat distributor. Purchasing on e-Bay, Craigslist or Amazon, etc. doesn’t qualify you to be a Richway distributor.

All of the above are things to consider before you “get a discount” on an e-commerce site.  In other words, it’s best to work through the proper channels – an authorized BioMat distributor. Please feel free to contact us if you need additional information.
