Further, we have several ideas and tips while using the bio-mat to help make your days more peaceful, enjoyable and rewarding for yourself and those around you.
When you feel fulfilled that you have accomplished your long list of to-dos each day, the BioMat can be your best friend and is certainly an awesome healing tool for the months ahead. So many customers share how deeply grateful they are for the BioMat and how it rejuvenates and nourishes them. Also, many customers report that daily “BioMating” is their favorite way to relax. Here are a few additional suggestions:
- Notice your breathing several times per day (regardless if you are on the BioMat or not).
- Also notice several times per day how you feel. You may wish to jot down in a journal your feelings; expressing them may help you release them.
- Listen to beautiful music that helps bring you into balance, peace and calm.
- Play your favorite music (either CDs or downloads) at 25% less volume than normal.
- Be aware that giving yourself self-care is a loving thing to do.
And of course, sit or lay on your BioMat as you move into relaxation. Be sure to stay hydrated by drinking a glass of water before and after each use of your Richway BioMat. While on the BioMat, you may wish to meditate, avoid being on your phone, and focus on your breath/deep relaxation.
