One of our favorite things to share is BioMat tips for use. Here is several “food for thought” ideas:
- Do you enjoy using your bio-mat for high-heat thermotherapy sessions? If so and you expect to sweat profusely, it is a good idea to also purchase and use a waterproof cover. (You can click here for more information.) This protects your BioMat.
- Also, for high-heat thermotherapy sessions, please note that we do not suggest using the BioMat for any longer than one hour at a time for these sessions.
- For most health challenges, we recommend to use your BioMat on a low to medium heat setting, especially in the beginning. This helps prevent a healing crisis.
- While we take a conservative approach in the beginning, we prefer that our customers start “slow and low.” You can eventually use it how your own body best loves it.
- Do you like to rest or nap on the bio-mat during the day? We know many people who love their BioMat for this purpose … so, we do not allow any guilt!! Actually, this helps to calm the nervous system, as well as repair any jangled nerves.
- Many of our customers love to sleep on their professional-size BioMat. Further, the Mini BioMat works well in an office chair or sofa/recliner chair to assist in other ways with the healing journey (besides sleep).
