This blog post is a continuation of Richway’s Trade Show Special Promotion (from last week). Again, this post is intended more for our wonderful team of bio-mat distributors (and if you are a potential customer, by reading, you can see how you benefit, as well!).
Order instructions from the specific Richway International approved shows include:
- At least one week prior to the show, submit the show registration, proof of payment and the completed “Trade Show Special Promotion” form to Richway at [email protected]. If proper documentation is not provided, orders will not be eligible for the trade show discounts.
- On the “Trade Show Special Promotion” form, be sure to include the names of all distributors who are participating in the show.
- A discounted order from the approved show must come from an authorized Richway BioMat distributor and their name is included on the “Trade Show Special Promotion” form.
- Orders placed using the Richway back office must state in the “Special Shipping” instructions section, “Trade Show Special Promotion” including the show name, date, location (city and state), as well as the managing director’s name and number.
- Orders placed offline (fax, e-mail, snail mail, etc.) must state in the “Item Description” section of the order form, “Trade Show Special Promotion” including the show name, date, location (city and state), as well as the managing director’s name and number.

So, as you can see, there are a few stipulations, requirements and instructions as BioMat distributors participate in trade shows, health fairs and holistic expos. It is a great opportunity to get BioMats in the hands of customers who really need the product!
