Richway recently announced a Trade Show Special Promotion. This is great news for our potential bio-mat customers! And this blog post helps facilitate for our team of distributors what the requirements and instructions are to follow:
- All shows must be held within the United States or Canada.
- The total exhibitor fees must be at least $200 (U.S. dollars).
- The show information such as the name of the show, show dates and location must be listed on a website. (This allows Richway International to verify the show.)
- If more than one Richway BioMat distributor will attend the show, each distributor must be listed on the application.
- Prior to one week before the show, the distributor(s) need to e-mail [email protected] with 1) show registration, 2) proof of payment, and 3) a completed Richway “Trade Show Special Promotion” form.
- Inform the distributor(s) managing director one week before the show.
- Inform the distributor(s) managing director of the free shipping report no later than seven calendar days from the show’s end date.
- All Richway policies are to be honored, including not advertising discounted pricing or free shipping on any types of media (social media, e-mail newsletters, etc.). Violations of Richway’s policies will disqualify distributors from receiving Trade Show Special Promotions and may result in Richway enforcing corrective measures.
- All orders from the show that ship to a U.S. address will be shipped for free.
- Customers “pre-ordering” before a show is not allowed.
- Orders must be submitted via Richway’s backoffice website, faxed or e-mailed no later than seven calendar days from the show’s end date.
- Each order form should have the following statement listed in the item description section with information filled in (Trade Show Special Promo – show name, date, location of city and state, and managing director’s number).
