- Remember it is about building relationships (not just selling products). As you develop a relationship and get to know someone, you learn about their health challenges and can help them understand ways the BioMat may help.
- Make sure your first impression on the customer is a positive one!
- Patience is a virtue – either teaching or selling.
- Be well versed on the company’s history, mission, values and products. (You can learn more by reading previous blog posts on this site!)
- Be prepared to succinctly share the BioMat’s impact of numerous health challenges and varied customers’ situations.
- As a distributor, your job is to understand your potential customers’ needs, and also attempt to anticipate their questions. (You can refer to the Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ – section on this website.)
- Most people love stories, anecdotes, and testimonials versus statistics, numbers and figures.
- If you are offering a special promotion, emphasize it is for a limited time. This creates urgency and helps potential customers make a decision.
- It is important to nurture your customer so they trust you.
- Remember the “radio station, WII-FM” (What’s In It For Me) is of utmost value to your potential customer.
- Benefits. Benefits. Benefits. Share the BioMat’s benefits to show how the product is helpful.
- Be authentic. Be honest. Be confident. Think abundance (not scarcity). This goes a long way with your potential customers!
- As you learn about your potential customers’ needs, correlate that to the appropriate BioMat products that can individually help them: BioBelt, Mini BioMat, Professional-size BioMat, Single BioMat, Queen-size BioMat and King-size BioMat.
