We like giving you additional tips for BioMat use and here’s our thoughts:
- Keep in mind that since the BioMat is designed to be extremely safe, almost everyone can use it safely. Over the years, bio-mats have been frequently tested specifically for safety. If you place a pillow or bolster under the mat under your knees, you will maximize direct body contact with the BioMat to receive the mat’s therapeutic benefits.
