Health care and the economy topped the list of causing the most stress in our lives. Other interesting statistics include:
- According to a Gallup Poll, four in 10 (40%) Americans often feel stressed.
- One-third (33%) of Americans feel they are living with extreme stress.
- Seventy-five percent (75%) of the general U.S. population experiences at least “some stress” every two weeks.
