Here’s a few additional tips to send in your product if it is in need of repair:

  • Send the BioMat in a box, not the carrying case.
  • If the crystals are leaking from the BioMat, be sure to tape and secure the box as much as possible.
  • Your product is considered your personal property and responsibility until it is received by Richway International. Monitor it by sending with tracking.
  • Once Richway International receives your BioMat and the repair is completed, Richway will connect with you for payment and return information.
  • Allow at least three weeks for repairs to be completed.
