As promised, this blog post is part two: three-year limited warranty on the BioMat.
The bio-mats warranty does not cover product(s) malfunctioning or damaged due to causes beyond Richway International’s control including, but not limited to improper installation, fading, excessive or insufficient supply of electricity, ordinary wear and tear, repairs necessitated by operator or owner negligence such as failure to maintain the product according to the owner’s manual, accidental damage, misuse, damage from abuse, mildew, mold, bodily fluids/other liquids, corrosion or rust, and acts of nature and disasters from natural causes. The warranty doesn’t extend to used, opened, repackaged, repaired and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sales of such products on internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by bulk or surplus resellers.
You may obtain Richway International’s service department by contacting Technical Support at 1-855-338-6410 () or 1-808-589-2800 or [email protected]. Be prepared to provide your name, the Richway Invoice (RI) number and detailed explanation of the defect. You will be given a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number; write this number legibly on the outside of the shipping box. (Richway International retains the right to refuse and/or return your package if you do not secure an RMA number.) When you ship it, include proof of your purchase date (submitting either your credit card receipt, original invoice, etc.).
