This information is part one: three-year limited warranty on bio-mats.
The products that are covered include amethyst pillow, BioMat 7000MX, Quantum Energy Pad, BioBelt 7000MX, Rejuvena 7000 and Alkal-Life 7000SL. Richway International warrants these covered products to be free from malfunctions and defects at the time they are sold. In this warranty, the definition of a “defect” is imperfections that impede or impair the use and functionality of the product(s).
The warranty has a three-year duration from the delivery date. Please note: this warranty is for only the original purchaser and coverage is terminated if the product is sold or ownership is transferred.
The following details what is covered under Richway’s warranty:
- Amethyst Pillow/BioBelt/BioMat: Any malfunctions or defects in the heating element, electronic components, crystal/stone pillow wrap, cotton cover and carrying case.
- Quantum Energy Pad: Any malfunctions or defects in the internal cushion or microfiber cover.
- Alkal-Life Water Ionizer: Any malfunctions or defects in the main unit and/or any accompanying parts.
- Rejuvena: Any malfunctions or defects in the main unit, USB charger and/or adapter.
For up to one year after receipt of the product, Richway International will either replace or repair the parts with no charge if goods are determined to be defective. For years two and three, a fee will be charged for any replacement or repair; visit this link for a fee schedule. Replacement or repair is Richway’s exclusive and sole remedy available to the initial purchaser, and this constitutes Richway’s fulfillment of all obligations with respect to furnished goods under this Agreement.
