Richway International offers a very generous BioMat Trade-in Policy – trading in your used BioMat products and obtaining a credit to apply for your next purchase.

You receive 30% of the original price that you paid for the item and deduct that from the current purchase price of the new item that you desire. You also pay shipping/handling and no sales tax in most states.

For items of a lesser value than what you currently own, Richway International does not allow the discount on a new item to be greater than the total. Credit from one item is to be used on only one new item and you cannot have any more than one product that you trade in at a time.

These examples highlight Richway International’s trade-in policy:

  • For the same product/equal value (taking a price increase into account)—

Professional-size Richway BioMat –> Professional-size Richway BioMat

Original purchase price $1,350 x 30% = $405 (amount of credit)

Current purchase price $1,595 – $405 (credit) = $1,190 + $60 (shipping/handling) = $1,250 for a new BioMat!

OR

Original purchase price $1,450 x 30% = $435 (amount of credit)

Current purchase price $1,695 – $435 (credit) = $1,260 + $60 (shipping/handling) = $1,320 for a new BioMat!

  • For product of a lesser value—

Professional-size BioMat –> Mini BioMat

Original purchase price $1,450 x 30% = $435 (amount of credit)

Current Mini purchase price $670 – $435 (credit) = $235 + $40 (shipping/handling) = $275 for a new Mini BioMat!

  • For product with greater value—

Professional-size BioMat –> Single BioMat

Original purchase price $1,450 x 30% = $435 (amount of credit)

Current Single purchase price $2,600 – $435 (credit) = $2,165 + $100 (shipping/handling) = $2,265 for a new Single BioMat!

The trade-in policy only applies to the following products:  Bio-mats, BioBelt, Amethyst Pillow, Quantum Energy Pads, Alkal-Life and Rejuvena.

To facilitate this type of order, contact technical support at Richway International (1-855-338-6410 ) to obtain a trade-in RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Failure to secure an RMA number may result in Richway refusing and returning your product. You will also need to provide the purchaser’s name and RI number (Richway invoice) by including the original sales receipt or other proof of purchase. Write the RMA on the outside packaging. Also, the customer pays shipping for both the trade-in product and the new product.

And a few tips when you send in your trade-in product:

  • Send the product in a box, not the BioMat suitcase or carrying bag.
  • If the amethyst and/or green tourmaline stones are leaking, be sure to tape the box to prevent the stones from escaping out of the box while it is being transported.
  • Be sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box and insert it/attach it to the product on the inside of the box.
  • Send the trade-in product to Richway with a tracking number. Both UPS and FedEx provide these numbers. If you send using the United State Postal Service (USPS), request confirmation of delivery and this enables you to track your product. (Note: Using USPS, your receipt of insurance cannot be used for tracking.)
  • While the product is in transit, it is considered the customer’s property (not Richway International) until Richway signs for receipt.
  • Shipping address is Richway International at 1314 S. King St., Suite 520, Honolulu, HI 96814.
  • Products that are less than a year old may be traded in, however, Richway requests all pieces and parts be returned in order to complete the transaction.
  • You may pay via check; make it payable to Richway International and be sure to write your RI number in the subject line of your check. Secure the Order Form/check in an envelope and attach it to the trade-in item.
  • Your order will be processed once the trade-in item has been received by Richway International.
  • To place an order for your new item, fill out an Order Form by writing the provided RI number at the top of the Form. In the description section of the Order Form, write “Trade-in product” and the RI number from your original purchase.

This trade-in program is completely separate and different from the product warranty on all Richway products.
