- Heat up the Richway BioMat on high for 20-30 minutes before you begin using it.
- Decrease the heat as you wish to lay comfortably on it.
- Select your favorite relaxing music while you experience the bio-mat, listening to it at 25% less volume than you normally listen to it. (This helps you move into deep relaxation and contemplation.)
- Be sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated when you use the BioMat.
- Set aside time each day to use it and if necessary, schedule it on your calendar to make sure you “carve” time out of your schedule to use it daily.
- When you are laying on the BioMat, refrain from using your cell phone or any electronic device. This avoids any electro-magnetic frequencies (EMFs) while you’re on the amethyst mat and it also helps you to focus on meditation, quiet time and even sleep.
